The Pedigree chart is a diagram which shows the genealogical relationships between members of a family. In medicine, It shows patterns of inheritance for certain traits and conditions within a family.

This family tree describes a family of 5 people: the parents and 3 children (one girl and two boys). The generations are indicated with Roman numerals. The number of individuals per generation are indicated with Arabic numerals.
In Generation I, usually, the male is used to be reported first in the report.
Offspring are reported by age, in descending order.
